Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at the time of checkout. Free shipping is provided for internet orders totaling $100 USD or more before tax and after other discounts and offers are calculated. In-stock orders without customization will be shipped the following business day if received by 5pm EST. Lead time will apply for out of stock orders, those requiring customization, and orders that are part of a team sale.

Privacy
Sport-N-Shoes does not share any personal information with third parties that is not required to complete your order. Credit card information is not retained after your transaction has been completed.

Sales Tax
Ohio residents are subject to a 6.5% sales tax on each taxable sale.

Returns

• All returns must have a valid original sales receipt.
• All merchandise must be in original condition, packaging and in no wear/never worn condition.
• Return of sale items for even exchanges or store credit only!
• All sales are final on "Clearance" items and Personalized apparel--no returns, refunds, or exchanges!
• Cash/Credit refunds only within 30 days of sale.
• Returns after 30 days with special permission only.
• Defective merchandise returns are subject to a manager's approval.
• Authorized defective returns are valid for store credit only!
• For web orders, contact Sport-N-Shoes for a return code and further instructions before shipping.
We will do everything possible to assure a proper fit, in return, the final decision is your responsibility.
